We strongly recommend that you don’t treat your storage like a file repository; lean sites are faster, which is why we charge extra for more storage space.

Enhanced caching and speed
If your site is in a competitive niche, it can benefit from enhanced caching and faster load times. We offer a monthly bolt-on to host your site on a slightly advanced server that provides this service.
An additional £10 + VAT per month per site
Advanced Network
Host your site on our advanced network, optimised and protected by Cloudflare. This service is for heavy-traffic sites and uses Evercache technology to further improve site speed. This bolt-on also adds staging and development servers for your website.
An additional £20 per month per site
Dedicated servers
A server for just your website; all resources, storage and power are allocated to your site – other sites are not co-hosted on this server.

Which Hosting Plan Is Right for You?
We recommend hosting plans based on how your website functions, how it’s used, and how important it is to your business.
We assess four key factors:
- Storage – How much space your site’s files and database require
- Traffic – How many visitors does your site receive each month
- Bandwidth – The amount of data your site transfers (often linked to traffic)
- Business criticality – How essential your site is to day-to-day operations
As a general rule, the busier and more complex your site, the more resources it needs.
For example:
- A basic brochure site with low traffic and a few pages will be fine on our Standard Hosting plan
- A WooCommerce store or membership site with regular orders and logins will require Performance or Premium Hosting
- Mission-critical sites or platforms that must never go down are better suited to our Dedicated or Bespoke Hosting Solutions

What about email and domains?
We don’t host email or register domains for clients, and there are good reasons why.
We always recommend that your email is hosted separately from your website.
If, for some reason, a server goes down due to a website issue and your email is hosted on the same machine, you lose that, too.
We recommend using Google Workspace or Office 365 for professionally managed email services.
Domains
As a business, it’s vitally important that you are the owner and controller of your domain.
Your domain is part of your branding and your business, so you should never allow an agency or third party to register your domain or place it on a control panel you do not control.
We help clients set up domain registration accounts on their behalf and manage DNS (usually via their free Cloudflare account).
This means that you remain in control over your domain and DNS, but we have delegated access to manage and monitor these on your behalf.
